Objective At the physical procedures of Time-Cycle mechanical ventilation, increased thephysical process of end-inspiratory hold ventilation, established a new model to improve themechanical ventilation of the fluid mechanics theory. Design simulation software of physicalprocedures of time-cycle mechanical ventilation, for the further development with a variety ofventilation modes of mechanical ventilation simulation lays the foundation. Methods Finishing with the perfect mathematical model of end-inspiratory hold of physicalprocesses, and derive the expression of time-velocity curve, time-flow rate curve,time-pulmonary volume curve, time-alveolar pressure curve and time-airway pressure curve.Using MATLAB language to build simulation models, obtain five function curve of physicalprocess. Results The simulation curve and theoretical curve contrast to verify correctness of thesimulation model. The simulation model can simulate the curve of physical process ofend-inspiratory hold ventilation. The simulation software can easily modify the parameters, andsimulation the different process of mechanical ventilation. Conclusion Through the analysis of simulation results of the simulation model, The factsproved that the simulation results of the model are consistent with the theoretical curve. Thesoftware can simulate theoretical curve of Time-Cycle Mechanical Ventilation, and has thedynamic demonstration function. The simulation model can also simulate different patientconditions, and lay a good foundation for building demo platform of the ideal fluidmechanics analysis of mechanical ventilation , it can be further developed for medicalmultimedia teaching.
