Based on the background of on-line detection of Seed Spacing of Precision Drilling, this paper describes briefly discusses the meaning, constructs a linear CCD image acquisition system based on DSP processor hardware architecture and software design. The rapid development of China’s agricultural mechanization, precision planter with the promotion of a strong momentum. Precision Drill core components of precision metering device, which performance directly affects the quality of precision seeding, Seed Spacing uniformity is the most important indicators to measure the performance of fine sowing machine, but also has great application value. At present, the many advanced research results in the seeding particles away from the uniform detection can be inadequacies, DSP and linear CCD image sensor to sowing grain from the uniform line inspection, conducted in-depth study on the collection, storage and analysis of the seed image processing.The work done by including the following aspects:1.Image acquisition system of linear CCD basede on DSP, and the system used in the planter in real time, online seeding uniformity of detection above, provide a new effective method for the detection of sowing uniformity.2. To selected TCD1209D Seed Spacing line detection of image sensor as a linear CCD is used, use the three TCD1209D chip arrangement, the combination of measurements, improve the accuracy of collection.3. This paper describes the basic structure, classification and main characteristics of TCD1209D, analyzed TCD1209D driver timing and design of the drive circuit in TCD1209D, signal amplifier and A / D converter circuit;4. This paper analyzes TMS320DM642 CPU and storage structures, completed the design of the DM642 the VPORT interface circuit, a DSP for signal storage and pretreatment.5. Differential operator of the image, median filtering, binarization processing, seed and background segmentation, the removal of redundant data, reducing the transmission of data and computer processing time.
