With the rapid development of high power laser, the inertial confinement fusion tobecome one of the most promising methods of controlled thermonuclear fusion. Thechirped pulse amplification technology has exacerbated the demand for large-diametergrating. Because of the large aperture grating manufacturing technique is difficult toachieve and the economic cost is too high, so the use of splicing method increases thegrating size become recognized economic and effective way. Tiled grating on thesurrounding environment put forward higher requirements, in order to realize thecomplex environment of the precision index, it is necessary to study the stability ofoptical element.In this paper, the tiled-grating in ICF drivers as the object of study, and its stabilitywere studied. Tiled grating is a CPA system core components, its stability directlyaffects the whole system quality. First the structural system of tiled-grating stabilityindex was established and the concept of stability was put forward; on the effects on thestability of many factors were analyzed, determine the environmental vibration andtemperature are the main influence factors of incentive the random vibration andtemperature field distribution of tiled-grating experimental site were collected by usingthe experimental method of measuring, the separation of the vibrational excitationsignal was got with HHT; the environmental characteristics was recognized through thevibration excitation are processed; the relationship between the temperature field andthe time was established; the environmental vibration and temperature excitation isloaded into the tiled-grating on the finite element model, the random vibration analysisand thermal analysis were studied, the analysis shows that the tiled-grating meets therequirements of stability; assumed temperature range, temperature stability indicatorswas got by thermal analysis the4mirrors stitching were applied on tiled-grating toproof p for the stitching accuracy and stability of tiled-grating can meet the requirement,and puts forward the stability index system and measures for vibration.In this paper, tiled-grating stability were studied under complex experimentalenvironment, which has guiding significance for the understanding of excitation sources,and then more step in understanding the experimental environment characteristics andcaused by the tiled-grating stability problem.
