On C8051 On-chip Temperature Sensor Measuring The Ambient Temperature Error Analysis

Most of the error analysis of temperature sensor is based on the design of the sensor itself,and most of research is about the external temperature sensor,the analysis of the error by temperature sensor is always only about the external temperature sensor,if internal temperature sensor be used to testing the ambient temperature,many details should be consider,otherwise the error would be large.In this paper, the analysis of the error is about the internal temperature sensor on C8051F which be used to testing the ambient temperature, research the calibration arithmetic,providing a way to reduce the error from soft design and hardware design.It is useful to using the cheap internal temperature sensor to testing ambient temperature for reducing the expenditure and easy to control.
