Because of the ambiguous information among enterprises, the supply chainproduction-distribution collaborative planning process often leads to conflicts. Theseconflicts are not conducive to the optimal solution. At present, the supply chainproduction distribution collaborative planning under asymmetric informationconditions has become hot problem. This paper studies the multi-level supply chain production distributioncollaborative planning based on negotiation mode under the non-symmetricinformation. A supply chain production distribution collaborative planning frameworkand the processes are established based on Agent. A satisfactory solution method forsolving collaborative planning is designed based on the theory of multi levelprogramming planning and interactive negotiation. The supply chain collaborativeplanning collaborative planning problem can be seen as a multi level programmingproblem. This paper describes the concept of collaborative planning satisfactorysolution and designs the negotiation algorithm for the satisfactory solution.A negotiation conflict judgment model and the conflict resolution method aredesigned in the light of negotiation conflict. The model could detect negotiationconflict in the process of solving. If there is a conflict, constraint relaxation approachcan be used to eliminate conflict. According to the negotiation approach above, theobject of constraint relaxation is the minimum of the objective satisfactory level. Atlast, a negotiation protocol based on state machine is used. In the negotiation protocol, collaborative planning process is described by negotiation intermediate event and thetransfer function. The validation of the model and the process are illustrated by using an simulationexample. The results show that the model and the negotiation approach couldeffectively solve the conflict problem caused by asymmetric information in theprocess of supply chain production distribution collaborative planning. This research is helpful to extend the production distribution collaborativeplanning to the general supply chain structure, and it can also improve thecollaborative efficiency and management level in supply chain under asymmetricinformation conditions.
