Development of the industry of communications and electric power requires higherquality of electricity, compare with linear power supply, Switching power supply hasa relatively high switching frequency. The volume of power can be made more smallerand it has the characteristics of high efficiency. Because of these, switching powersupply has been widely adopted in the above industries. Flyback switching powersupply is one of the switching power supplies, Because the circuit is simple and feasible,it has more applications. But the topology also has some shortcomings, the utilizationrate of Magnetic core is relatively low, the traditional control method are mostly usedanalog integrated chip, the existence of discrete components make the power system aresusceptible to the influence of the external condition., In addition once the hardware ofthe system is identified, the control characteristic is no longer easy to change, but thedigital control has more stronger flexibility.Because the power of flyback type is not great, based on the digital control chipTMS320F2812,30W flyback switching power supply is made in the paper. Also themultiple constraints target function in the power supply is analyzed with the data fieldvisualization method.The paper introduces the present situation and development trend of switchingpower supply briefly at first. The second chapter put forward from MATLAB software,realize a internal fifth dimensional data field visualization without the use of third partysoftware. Take the design of a asymmetric T-type passive filter in voltage source PWMinverter as an example,we select the filter parameter using the dimensional data fieldvisualization, obtain the optimal value, the paper focuses on the flow of the program.The method can be extended to general multi parameter control system. Then theaverage state equation of the flyback switching power supply is listed. Closed loopcontrol system transfer function is solved, the system is simulated and the simulationresults are analyzed. The fourth chapter introduces the sampling and drive module.hardware components are calculated and selected according to the technicalindicators.Mainly to the system main circuit, transformer design and RCD snubbercircuit are calculated. Finally, the factors influencing output ripple voltage are shownwith the five-dimensional data visualization. And introduces the DSP minimumsystem,including the module of clock, power supply and a sampling port.Finally, it introduces software design of the system, and the flow diagram, sampling algorithm andcontrol algorithm are given.In order to verify the feasibility of the design,test gives the final results.
