Distance with the lens of different objects,respectively multiple images by focusingon them,in accordance with certain rules,synthesis of these images,get newimages,which compared with the source image,various objectives is more clear,and themore accurate description of the environment and objectives,this is the basic idea ofmulti-focus image fusion.So this article carrying out the study of multi-focus imagefusion algorithm has important theoretical and practical significance.The innovation ofthe paper is: proposed to a enhance the contrast of static wavelet feature multi-focusimage fusion algorithm and this method uses enhance the static wavelet decomposingimage obtained different subband coefficients by different fusion algorithms. The visualcharacteristic contrast of sum-modified-Laplacian (SML) is used to select thecoefficients of the fused subimage from the clear parts of the lowpass subband.Forchoosing the highpass subband coefficients introduces the concept of local featurecontrast and uses contrast coefficient selection algorithm which more in line with thehuman visual is very senstive to the characteristics of the image local contrast.Experiments show that the algorithm can extract more useful information injected intothe fused image compared to the traditional image fusion algorithm can get better visualeffect, and better fusion image of the evaluation.
