RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) technology with the traditional bar codetechnology to identify distance,fast、flexible read and write operation advantages inmany areas of industrial automation,business automation,transportation managementand secuity,etc.RFID have been widely applications.Currently,many car manufacturersof the RFID technology used in automotive production line quality control and processmanagement,vehicle and parts production,to improve the production line quality controland process management,vehicle and parts production,to improve the productionefficiency,improve production methods,reduce production costs,and obtain a more goodapplication effect.However,on the one hand,due to the electrical equipment of the carproduction site(such as motors,welding machines,etc)will produce large amounts ofelectromagnetic radiation,the formation of strong electromagnetic interference;on theother hand,because the metal of car production site are very distribution complex,theformation of absorption and scattering of the signal.As a result,the electromagneticenvironment of making RFID work is extremely poor,seriously affect the reliability ofRFID systems work,there has been even more of an electronic tag electronic tags cannot correctly identify the phenomenon.Studies have shown that:at present,RFID readersare mostly using a single antenna,if the work is in the UHF bands due to blind spots aswell as the impact of interference is relatively large,it is difficult to ensure the reliabilityof the multi-tag identification.In order to make the RFID system can be well applied in automobile productionline.This paper presents a multi-antenna tag identification:that by increasing the numberof the tag antenna and multi-antenna label rational deployment and use of geneticidentification algorithm of multi-antenna optimize the control and management,enhanceantenna coverage in order to achieve the effect,reduce its read blind,and to achieve theultimate goal to improve the reliability of multi-tag identification in RFID reader.Thespecific work of this paper is mainly reflected the following aspects.①The system of RFID in the automobile production line of the applicationcharacteristics of study:on the basis of studing RFID system,the basic composition andwork principle of test car production line of special application environment to study theRFID system in the automobile production line application of the basic characteristics.②The proposed multi-antenna of the RFID reader identify the model:according to the basic features of RFID systems in the automotive production line,and summarizesthe existing to improve the reliability of RFID systems,RFID systems in the automotiveproduction line environment,build recognition model of multi-antenna of the RFIDreader.③Genetic Algorithm for Identifying multi-antenna label:recognition model basedon multi-antenna RFID reader,the introduction of genetic identification algorithm,theoptimal control of multi-antenna label identification process,to achieve the optimaleffect of the RFID system.The theoretical analysis and experimental test results show that:tag identification ofmulti-antenna mode,with a strong anti-interference ability and metal adaptability toenvironment,can improve the recognition rate and system reliability of the identificationof the RFID reader,RFID system reliability applications open a new way.
