The Research And Development Of Staff Quality Assessment System In M Enterprise

Staff quality evaluation is one of important contents in enterprise human resourcesmanagement. The traditional manual questionnaire answer method is very easy to causesome results, for example, the inaccuracy of measurement results, big quantity of testing,waste time and energy, which is not adapt to the high speed development of enterprisedemand of talent needs. How to improve the efficiency and accuracy of personnelassessment step by step, it has become a theory and practical problem to be solved inthe enterprise human resources management at present. This paper summarizes andanalyzes the existing of enterprise staff quality assessment in the present situation inorder to solve the problems of big workload, inaccurate assessment results, which iscaused by traditional quality assessment method. Paper takes M enterprise as researchobject and develops the network evaluation system of the staff qualityThe research contents of the paper included as follows:First, through in-depth analysis and research papers about the application situationof staff assessment and evaluation system both at home and abroad, the papersummarizes the current staff quality evaluation and the shortcomings of the system, andprovides the research foundation for this system.Second, based on the needs of system further analysis, the paper designs the staffquality evaluation system, which meets the system demand. Among them, the importantparts are principally for the design of the whole system, function design, businessprocess design and database design.Third, the paper uses Java technology, and chooses the software developmentframework for the system development, which bases on J2EE system. The paperdevelops a staff quality assessment system and achieves the paper research target, whichincludes the quick, convenient and accurate assessment.Finally, the paper chooses M enterprise to analysis the efficiency in the part of staffquality assessment. The results show that using the quality assessment system couldeffectively reduce the assessment work and enhance the efficiency and accuracy of themeasurement results.
