The management and access of data is an important application of computertechnology. With the advent of the information age, there are a lot of digitalinformation so how to manage and quick search knowledge becomes the importantfactor for whether the information system can be applied successfully. Currently thereis not a mature information system supporting full text search in the narcosis medicinefield. Aiming at the practical requirement of Medical System Technology Co., Ltd. anarcosis knowledge retrieval system based on the B/S structure and Lucene.Net isaccomplished which supports the storage and search of large quantity of narcosisknowledge. Using this system, doctors can conveniently manage and query theknowledge about narcosis medicine.The searching function of the narcosis knowledge retrieval system isimplemented based on the open source project-Lucene.Net. The Lucene.Net hasgood architecture and scalability, also it has the common basic modules with itself.While its Chinese segmentation function only suports word-for-word searching whichhas not much practical value. The existing non-commercial Chinese segmentationalgorithms all have certain problems in accuracy, efficiency or stability. Referencingthe advantages of other Chinese segmentation algorithms, aiming at the narcosismedicine field, this paper arranges the segmentation dictionary of this field andaccomplishes the chinese segmentation algorithm based on maximum matching whichmakes the segmentation more accucate, efficient and stable.The system provides the edit and addition-deletion-modification functions ofthe narcosis knowledge. Using the Web technology, it implements the friendlyinteraction method by the tree browsing and multi-level directory classificationfunction so as to support the rich search capabilities. Moreover, it accomplishes thefunctions like backup and recovery, user permission and role management, encryptedauthorization of the system, etc. Compared with other information system, this systemsupports both the key word search and full text search which is more comprehensive,accurate and more efficient. Besides due to its flexibility and versatility, it can beeasily ported to other fields so it has strong use value and practical significance.
