| For the measurement of flat glass thickness, the means of non-contact photoelectricmeasurement has become the most common method in the field of measurement,according to the principles of optics, which can be divided into optical reflection andtransmission measurement. The system put to use optical transmission measurement, andthe one system of symmetric dual optical path was be designed. The research work wasmainly lunched round the system of thickness measurement. The details are described asfollows:Firstly, around the basis theory of digital image processing, a brief overview of theimage gray theory was being introduced, meanwhile, the content also included thefundamental theoretical knowledge of image segmentation management and imageenhancement. The purpose was provide a theoretical basis for image filtering, boundaryanalysis, and statistical analysis of image data with matlab software.Secondly, according to the optical refraction principle and reflection principle, athickness measurement system, called dual optical path transmission apppliance, was bedesigned, which mainly included illuminant, visual detection tools, image acquisitionsystem and computer processing system. In the components of system device, theilluminant was composed by two-way symmetrical line laser, visual detection tools wasmade up of line charge-coupled device, the core of image acquisition system wascronosplus. The whole measurment system belongs to not-contact photoelectric type. Thereasearch introduced the choice of each constituent appliance, such as Laser light source,CCD camera lens and capture card,ect. analysed the characteristics of the CCD sensor andthe functional performance of image acquisition card software.Thirdly, the experiment research and anaysis have been completed for measurementsystem, the main reserarch and analysis included the digital image processing arithmeticof line beam captured in the experiment, and the calculation of thickness data processingfor different glass samples. Before extracting image data, the measure taked matlabfiltering processing and non-linear transformating to grayscale images. In order to obtainlight band image center pixel, the algorithm was made gray gravity method after threshold boundary treatment. After the experiment on different samples of glass for measuring, themeasurement results showed that the feasibility of dual optical path transmission methodwas augued testified, which was able to meet the requirements of the standard ofmeasurement. |
