| As the scale of the higher vocational college enrollment continues to expand, some students were very worrying, especially in attendance, such as truancy, late, leaves early. While attendance issues largely reflects many aspects, such as learning achievement, learning attitude, class style of study, so strict student attendance management is very important.According to the actual situation of The Tianjin East Institute, this paper designs the higher vocational student attendance management system of The Tianjin East Institute. The system is based on C / S ( Client /Server ) model, its development mainly includes two aspects, one is the establishment of the database ,the other is the development of the application procedure. The system uses SQL Server 2000 and VB6.0 as a development tool, established background attendance information database of The Tianjin East Institute,and the realization of the higher vocational students’ attendance management system data layer design.The system has five modules, namely, attendance management module, student management module, user management module, environmental setting module and data management module. The system solves the way of previous attendance management, which exists many disadvantages, such as the statistical work of attendance management, attendance inquiry inconvenient, data easy to confusion and attendance statistics results inconsistent. The attendance system innovation embodied in attendance is summarized and similar recycling" waste basket" function in the design of these two aspects. Attendance summary way not only satisfies my school attendance management statistical needs, but also specific analysis of the causes of student absenteeism;" wastebasket" design for the user as deleted and bring losses.The higher vocational student attendance management system of The Tianjin East Institute has friendly interface and can be operated easily,which meets the needs of my school for the student attendance management.The system has been put into the work in the student attendance management for the school, which provides a convenient platform, recognized by teachers and students. |
