Along with the development of computer technology and communication technology, education informatization is imperative, the long-distance network real-time teaching is becoming an important style of education. At present, most universities have set up long-distance network teaching, all sorts of network teaching course increasing and various auxiliary teaching tool software emerge in endlessly. But in this numerous network teaching course and tool software, which taking the modern teaching theory as the instruction, following the teaching design concept principle and playing the student main body role is quite few. The current network teaching and the development of education product more focus on asynchronous mode, although the asynchronous mode of teaching has its own advantages, but the limitations of its application and development cannot be ignored, there requires introducing the synchronous mode of teaching to make up, the electronic whiteboard as the typical real-time teaching tool to be produced.This paper made some theory research of the network electronic whiteboard firstly, including modern learning theory and instructional design theory, elements and key cooperative technology of CSCW, CSCL group cooperation mode and coordination mechanism, the key technology of the whiteboard and the principles and characteristics were analyzed. This paper made a deeper research on multi-user coordination control in network electronic whiteboard application process, proposed a multitasking collaboration system environment structure and the concurrent control strategy based on role. In this paper, based on the theoretical research of electronic whiteboard, combined with Flash technology and took Red5 as streaming media server, a network electronic whiteboard system that support CSCL has been designed and implemented. The whiteboard system can provide a platform for participants to share, support remote learners’real-time study and discussion on their respective computer; it has multimedia teaching function and real-time interactive function, expanded the performance of whiteboard, and met the needs of synchronous communication in network courses well. |
