Since the fall of2004, Guangdong Province has been the first one entered the New Basic Education Curriculum Reform experiment.Until recently, theories on New Curriculum Reform in senior high schools are still being explored. Although the New Curriculum Reform lasted for nearly10years, it is not mature in all aspects of the theoretical basis and practical basis.Compared to the previous curriculum reform, the New Basic Education Curriculum Reform is more thorough and radical in senior high schools. The Curriculum philosophy, Objectives, Structure and Evaluation have done significant changes. While it requires teachers to adapt to change the teaching behavior and classroom roles to suit and develop the new curriculum reform, To achieve the transformation of curriculum management, implementation and evaluation. On modern society, biological science and technology rapid development and the results application so extensive and have far-reaching impact. Learning biology to improve the literacy of Biological Sciences is the basic guarantee to adapt social development. And teaching biology is an important task of the majority of biology education administrators and implementors. Therefore, proper follow-up and implementation of<The new course standard of biology in senior high school(experiment)> is significant. It needs endlessly exchange the progress and experience in the new curriculum reform between the provincial, municipal and district, sum up experience and results in a timely manner. In particular, the progress of the provincial, municipal and district that have carried out the new curriculum reform the first must be pay close attention to. Sum up the results and experience can not only improve the new curriculum reform of the province or district, but also provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for other provinces.This thesis is mainly using survey research methods and statistical analysis. The questionnaire had been drafted on the basis of the relevant literature and the experiences of senior high school biology teaching in Guangdong province. This article on senior high school biology teachers and Senior high school students in grade1,2in Guangdong Province. According to the survey findings, and with reference to the relevant theory, This paper summarizes the performance of new curriculum reform implement in senior high school biology in Guangdong province. Then put forward the following suggestions and strategies:1.establish a scientific and perfect system of educational assessment;2.Optimization of higher normal education system;3. To strengthen the training of school leaders;4. strengthen students and teachers to understand and grasp the concept of the new curriculum standards;5. Further expansion of the diversification of teaching methods;6. reflect the student-orientation to strengthen curriculum standards to promote learning.
