With the implementation of China’s rule of law and continue to promoteglobal civil society theory research, discussion about the citizeneducation in our country has gradually risen, and achieved certainresults.But due to the influence of historical and cultural factors, thecitizen education in our country has not received the attention itdeserves in middle school education, many people on the content of civiceducation, civic education, civic education goals, nature of civiceducation and how to carry out many basic problems such as there are manyfuzzy understanding, it also restricted the our country on certain levelschool civic education results. Based on the citizen education of theexisting research results and the status of implementation of civiceducation in-depth research in a middle school, the school civic educationcontent, school civic education achievements and problems, and on how toimprove middle school civic education actual effect has certainoperational countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.From the structure point of view, this article divides into four partsstructurally.The first part is the introduction. It mainly includes the researchbackground, domestic and international literature review, research ideas,research methods, the definition of related concepts and content.The second part is the status of civic education in schools survey.Through analyzing the present situation of XX Middle School CivicEducation in field research, in-depth understanding of the status quo ofMiddle School Civic Education, and the main problems existing in thecurrent middle school civic education and its reasons.The third part is the foreign school civic education experience.Through the three secondary schools in the United States, Britain,Singapore citizen education of the implementation of the currentsituation of observes, to extract from our country high school civiceducation experience for reference.The fourth part is the countermeasure and suggestion of promotingcivic education in middle school. This should be clear for middle school civic education, civic education evaluation system establishment,reasonable to strengthen the construction of citizen education teachertraining, personal-School-family-community environment and otheraspects, fully integrated school civic education resources, the formationof school civic education together, and improve the civic education frommiddle school.
