Study On The Problems And Strategies For School-based Of Safeguard System In Primary Schools

Since the basic education new curriculum reform and implement, School-basedactivities has become the main way to promote the new curriculum reform of teachingand research. However, because safeguard system of school-based teaching andresearch activities is not perfect enough, lead to the effect of school-based teaching andresearch activities of primary and secondary schools is not obvious, and produced allkinds of problems in the process of practice. Therefore, it is essential to build a set ofimpeccable school-based teaching and research safeguard system. In view of thissituation, this research mainly adopts survey research method，literature researchmethod and theoretical study method, taking Chongqing Shapingba district threeprimary school as a example, mainly engaged in systematic research of primary school’ssafeguard system existing problems,the reason of the problems and solvingcountermeasures. Its research achievements could enrich our country’s school-basedactivities research and also have significant value. Its research achievements have greatrealistic significance to carry on school-based activities in primary schools. This paperis composed the following four chapters:Chapter one, introductory theory. Introduce the reasons and purposes for researchtopic, related literatures were reviewed and core concepts were defined. Researchthoughts and methods were also introduced in this chapter.Chapter two, the evaluation standard and theoretical foundation of school-basedactivities safeguard system in primay school. In this chapter, analysized the basiccomposition of school-based activities safeguard system in primary school, put forwardthe evaluation standard and the theory foundation of school-based activities safeguardsystem.Chapter three, the existing problems and the cause of existing problems ofschool-based activities safeguard system in primary school. Taking Chongqing Shapingba district three primary school as a example, questionnaire and interviewsurvey to the existing problem, analyzed the survey results, concludes the existingproblems, finally find out the cause of the problem.Chapter four, improvement of countermeasure of school-based activities safeguardsystem in primary school. After summarizing the problems and the causes, somestrategies for improving the school-based activities safeguard system in primary schoolwere proposed.
