College Students Work-study Role In Deological And Political Education Research

With the rapid growth of the number of Chinese college students, colleges anduniversities shoulder the important mission of spreading knowledge, skills and talentstraining. How to do a good job of work to support poor students in Colleges and universities,not only related to the healthy, harmonious development of higher education in our country,but also every poor family stability. Analysis of the present situation of work-study programof college students and the existing problems, purpose, put forward to perfect and improvevarious work-study means, measures and forms, the successful completion of their studies atthe same time in helping students with financial difficulties, let every university students inthis environment to set up the correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, cultivatehigh-quality talents for the comprehensive development of the society, giving full play to itsfunction of educating people college students work-study, enhancing the effectiveness ofIdeological and political education work, to build a harmonious, full of the spirit ofhumanism environment of higher education, to promote the development of college studentsin Higher Education in health, comprehensive, stable.This paper is intended to study, basedon the results of previous studies, the College Students Work-study in College Ideologicaland political education role further elaboration through theoretical and field research methods,in the perspective of Ideological and political education, further to College StudentsWork-study Program to do further research and in-depth analysis.This paper will be divided into three chapters:The first chapter is on college studentswork-study definition of related concepts,and reviewed the development course andcharacteristics of college students word-study,through the questionnaire survey of the statusquo of current college students work-study is analyzed. Thesecond chapter is the ideologicaland political education on college students’ work-study and dialectical thinking.Is the thirdchapter mainly elaborates the college students’ work-study how can better promote theideological ang political education role of the main way and mechanism research.The results of this study: the main way to fully improve the work-study ideological andpolitical education role includes excitation work-study work enthusiasm, enhance socialparticipation, strengthening the management team construction, work-study standard securitysystem, improve the work-study system construction, this paper thought, inner link of collegestudents work-study the work of Ideological and political education, on one hand thework-study work is an important part of Ideological and political education, ideological and political education work surface on the other hand, is to promote an effective means ofwork-study program, the role of education is embodied in the college students inspirationaleducation, mental health education, honesty education, entrepreneurship education,self-reliant education and hard struggle for education.
