The paper is based on the real teaching experience for one year in South Korea, with reference to the specific teaching situation of other37volunteer teachers,through the questionnaire survey, interviews, case analysis and traceability of classroom observation, in the province of Quanluonandao area for CPIK Chinese teaching program present situation of elementary school, from the aspects of educational environment, curriculum, teachers, students, textbooks, teaching materials and classroom teaching various aspects has carried on the comprehensive investigation and analysis, after the one shows the concrete implementation situation, and from the education system, teaching environment and teaching implementation situation summed up the three aspects of the current main problems.finally, according to project implementation and the implementation of four major subject--Chinese Hanban, South Korea’s education departments, opening Chinese schools and volunteer teachers, respectively, puts forward the corresponding improvement suggestions and feasible strategies, so as to provide theoretical basis for further research and the research model, contributing to the program further promote the project their own modest contribution.
