Along with the social changes and the development of education in rural areas, the subsistence and development of teachers have become the focus of attention of society and education professionals. As it known to all,"Education is the basic of the development of the country, the teacher is the basic of education", Teachers are the performers of education and teaching, their existence condition directly influence on their lives and work, further influence the development of the students and even the whole educational causes. The young teachers are the basis of the development of rural education and hope, their living state also determines the stability and improvement of rural teachers.This study carried out a field survey on the existence condition of the rural elementary school young teachers in Guangxi Baise, mainly applied questionnaire and investigation methods. The author reached investigation points and granted questionnaires. There are a total of thirteen rural primary schools of six counties investigated in Baise city. The article mainly probed into six aspects:teachers’wages, housing conditions, workload, occupational stress and professional accomplishment, and makes an analysis of the related detailed materials which showed the existence conditions of the young teachers in rural primary school, to reflect their existence state objectively and comprehensively. By statistical analysis to the data, we found the existence conditions of young teachers in rural primary school of Baise facing several problems, such as:low-payment and low social status; huge occupational stress, the mental and physical state of young teachers is worrying; heavy work load and strong turnover intention. Furthermore, low work satisfaction and job burnout. To analysis the deep reasons of teachers’ poor survival state, bases on the late interview, the author stands on multidimensional viewpoint such as culture, sociology, psychology, pedagogy and so on. At the last, this thesis tries to think and explore the path to improve the existence actuality of young teachers in primary school of rural area through society, schools, teachers themselves three aspects. |
