The Decommercialization Action Research Of Anhui Workers During The Transition Period

With the great social progress in Anhui, reform and opening up also bring tension labor relations in Anhui’s private enterprises. Anhui private enterprise workers’action has shown a special status, what are the factors caused the Anhui private enterprises behavior? Why Anhui private enterprises show such features? While these characteristics and how it will affect the development trend of labor-capital relations of private enterprises in Anhui in the future? It has become an important problem of Chinese workers.This paper takes the perspective of structuralism, the analysis method of structuralism into research for workers action. This paper gets the information and data from interviews and questionnaires through Anhui University211projects "Anhui industrial relations empirical research" in2011. Combine with the interviews, questionnaires and the literature reviews, we take The Anhui private sector workers as a study case of structuralism. In order to research the action of Anhui private enterprises workers and the formation of Anhui workers’behavior, we defining the1987as the starting point of our analysis, our analysis have four aspects. Starting from the new China social market, analysis of the free flow of capital in Chinese social impact as well as the impact on the labor market; and then examine the change of social policy in China, the historical analysis of China’s social policy; and then from the middle social relations, observation the labor relations before reform and open policy and the labor relations after reform and open policy; at last, various social structural factors effects workers private social relations in enterprises.After analysis the action causes of Anhui private enterprises workers, we studied the implications of China’s current social structure cause by Anhui workers’ action.So, in theory, we can transfer our focus of labor relations from the grand social structural factors to the interactive reconstruction between the actor and the social structures. Formed a complete process description, the social macroscopic factors influencing social media relations, and influenced the new social relationship and individual personal characteristics with the middle relationship, and the individual action is basis on the new social relationship and personal characteristics. Individual actions formed a mount of new social events, and promote the formation of social media relationships and social organization, further affect the change of social macro structure.At the same time, through the analysis of Anhui workers’ action logic, combined with the current Chinese social reality, this paper also made the expected for the future development of labor relations and workers behavior.
