As the advanced professional elites cultivated by our country,is the elites. Although,look from quantity,master graduate student of national toll accounts for only tiny part,but he can play a role and the impact is extremely important,master graduate student can not only smooth employment after graduation directly affect the development of national economy,the progress of science and technology,but also related to social stability and the ascension of all national quality.Therefore,solving the problem of employment postgraduates to its maximum talents for the country prosperous,social stability,people’s prosperous and strong strength,is our country and society must solve the moment.Since1999,the higher education has developed from elite education to public education with enlarge the scale of university.In recent years, the number of postgraduates also has improved a lot.In2011,the number of new postgraduates has reached560,000and the market of postgraduates’ employment has turned from seller market to buyer market.The future of postgraduates’employment becomes more and more gloomy,which has become a new social hot spot.This paper uses the person-organization fit theory,I have a overall understanding about the condition of postgraduates,then I analyze the literature on the problem of postgraduates’ employment, and from environment,college,corporation,master individual four aspect, the comprehensive analysis of the factors affect master graduate student employment, and based on these factors put forward some solutions. Hoping to graduate employment for the solution of the problem of providing little help.
