Research On Ideological And Political Education With Humanistic Care In Private Colleges

Private colleges and universities is an important part of higher education, also charged with the cultivation of socialist builders and successors of the task. Currently, private colleges and universities ideological educators ideological education in close social hot issues, social development reality, the student’s physical and mental development, and actively explore how to improve the educational effect, emphasis on humane care at the same time, looking for new ways of education, new methods, and the issues explored aggressively.Ideological and Political Education is to promote the humane care of all-round development of students, to stimulate student creativity, enthusiasm and initiative, concerned about the student’s individual needs, respect for individual differences of students of a value orientation.This paper discusses in detail the humanistic care in the ideological and political education of the role and significance:that helps students participate in the main body of moral identity, the formation of healthy moral sentiments, foster high moral values, the formation of conscious moral habits, to create a harmonious moral and cultural environment. Combined with the actual situation of private colleges and universities working with my long-term accumulation of experience and information, raise the ideological and political education in private universities humanistic care problems mainly in the ideological and political education in the sense of lack of humane care, neglect the cultivation of students’ subjective initiative and excited, ideological and political education faculty’s overall strength is relatively weak, and private colleges and universities and other weak overall atmosphere of the human environment. The main reason for these problems is a private college education relative lack of knowledge of the humanities, the lack of ideological and political education of teachers of humanities education and training, the school does not attach importance to the overall planning of the construction of cultural ambience. Discussed in the above analysis, based on the proposed private universities to strengthen ideological and political education of humanistic concern several measures:the scientific development concept as a guide to establish student-centered philosophy; strengthen private college students’psychological health education and psychological counseling; focus on humane care, improve private college students employment guidance and employment service system; emphasis humane care, strengthen the construction of campus culture.
