Due to the impact of worldwide Financial Crisis, job searching become more andmore tough, worse even especially for female postgraduate whom suffering a lot for“Sexual Discrimination”. Then the current situation finally got broad attention from thesociety.More research indicate, there exist some difference between female and male onconsciousness, abilities and process during self job creation. Whereas our education justignored this sexual difference. But focus more on course and practice activities whichlead female postgraduate can not adapt the requirement of market economy on jobcreation individuals. Consequently this requires colleges and universities to implementjob creation education to the characteristics of female graduate students and cultivateand enhance students’ accomplishments.This article going from social vision, under the background of research, from theanalysis of female graduate students entrepreneurship education of China, put forwardnecessity and feasibility of graduate business education. By discussing how to helpfemale graduate students to establish correct the pioneering consciousness and cultivateinterest, and improve the entrepreneurial capacity, put forward for female graduatestudents to conduct entrepreneurship education of a series of countermeasures andSuggestions.This article is divided into fore parts: the first part: introduction. Mainly analyzesour country’s female graduate students to conduct entrepreneurship educationbackground, research significance, related literature review, research ideas and methods.The second part: the problems of female graduate students entrepreneurship education and the development trend of the future; The third part through access to relevant data,analyzes the female graduate student entrepreneurship education factors, mainlyincluding restricting female graduate students entrepreneurial education of subjectivefactors and objective factors; The fourth part in draw lessons from foreign advancedexperience of entrepreneurship education are put forward on the basis of how to helpfemale graduate students to establish correct the pioneering consciousness and cultivateinterest, try to put forward a series of countermeasures for female graduate students toconduct entrepreneurship education and advice. For example increase theentrepreneurship education reform efforts in school, clearly entrepreneurship educationgoals, the creation of entrepreneurship education curriculum content to create a campusenvironment for entrepreneurship education; social aspects such as the government tocarry out the female graduate entrepreneurship education funding as well as policies andregulations support tosafeguard the smooth progress of female graduateentrepreneurship education.
