| The Chinese-foreign cooperative education is an important mode for China’seducation to adjust to the development of China’s reform and opening-up policies, tointegrate into the development of China’s higher education, and to strengthen theinternational cooperation in education. For these Chinese-foreign cooperative schools,the successful student management is the key factor that decides whether they wouldreach the objectives of both sides and whether they would maintain the schools’sustainable development. As the crucial power to carry out ideological and politicaleducation and the organizer, implementer and instructor of student management,student counselors play an irreplaceable role in these schools. Therefore, it is of greatsignificance to study and research the student counselors’ teambuilding inChinese-foreign cooperative schools. This essay, taking “HKU SPACE Global CollegeSuzhou†and “Xian Jiaotong Liverpool University†as examples, studies the studentcounselors’ teambuilding in Chinese-foreign cooperative schools. |
