The Sociological Analysis On The Game Between Multi-Parties Of Interest In The Process Of Rural Land Requisition

With the speeding up of urbanization in China,the demand for land grows quickly, this phenomenon is inevitable in the process of urbanzation. On the one hand, land requisition can promote local economic development,which is a shortcut for local economic development,but at the same time, land requisition also brings a series of problems.The problems of land requisition involved is manifold,the change of land use and land property rights,the compensation of land expropriation, the social security of land-losing farmers and so on.The process of land requisition is not only a process of benefit redistribution,but also a process of the interests of the game,which involves basic level governments, village-level organizations,the land-losing farmers and land developers.Each interests subject would pursue one’s own maximum interests in the process of land requisition,it will lead to conflicts.In the view of game theory,this paper analysis the interaction between the main interest subject in the process of rural land requisition and discusses the causes of the conflict in land requisition from various angles.This paper takes the land requisition event in C Village Henan Province as the research object,analysis it with the firsthand materials from field survey. First of all,from the description of the land requisition event in C Village, preliminarily reveals the conflicts in the process of land requisition. Secondly,define the concept of the main interest subject, analysis the game process between each interest subjet,reveals that farmers are the biggest victims in the rural land requisition. On this basis,from the analysis of the main interest subject revenue function and the action strategy they take, Conclusions are drawn as follows:the equilibrium patterns in the process of rural land requisition is zero-sum game under system’s defects,the main interest subject tend to take extra-system’s action strategy; the government played the wrong role is the main cause of the conflicts in rural land requisition; standardizing government behavior and improving the participation degree of the farmers are the main way to avoid zero-sum game; the village committee also plays the wrong role in rural land requisition,the the villagers autonomy system needs to be further improved.
