America professor of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship father Jeffrey Timmons left such a famous saying:We are in a big quietly change-it is the victory of the human world’creativity and the creative spirit. I believe its influence on the21century will be equal to or exceed the industrial revolution in the19th century and the20th century, in today’s world,this prophecy is being confirmed.In April1999, the second Vocational and Technical Education Congress stressed that "in order to meet the challenges of the21st century, we must reform the education, pay attention to cultivate the students’ entrepreneurial ability".The17th national congress of the communist party of China also proposed to improve the employment structure and promote employment by entrepreneurship,so that more workers become entrepreneurs.The18th national congress of the communist party of China requires the government to implement the policy to promote employment and entrepreneurship,and do a good job on youth employment,enhance the employability and entrepreneurial abilities of workers.in the meantime, meantime,college graduates is the key.Nowadays.the era of the knowledge economy has arrived, calling for high-quality innovation and entrepreneurial talent;with the rapid development of the international community, the global competition, innovation and entrepreneurship has become the driving force and engine of economic development in21th twenty-first Century,is the booster of progress of contemporary science and technology,is a driving force of a country’s economic prosperity.In China, there is no more need than now to advocate the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship, college students innovation and entrepreneurship education is the requirement of social development, the needs of national development, a strong driving force for economic development and transformation, and is an important content of the teaching reform of higher education.As a kind of new education idea and mode, college students innovation and entrepreneurship education is not a single independent education, it has a unique education function and emphasizes "the unity of knowledge and practice","the unity of teaching,studing and doing" and people’s Comprehensive development and life-long learning,has an invaluable role to cultivate the ability and political integrity on college students.Abroad,the development of college students’innovation and entrepreneurship education is earlier, the model is more mature, has achieved encouraging results,play a very active role to the state.China’s College Students’innovation and entrepreneurship education started late, only more than ten years of history, has not been institutionalized, is basically in a state of fragmented, more is to rely on the introduction and imitation. Based on the background and current situation, this paper studied and discussed China’s College Students’ innovation and entrepreneurship education, through the research literature, parsing policy, advanced survey, sum up experience,in order to play a good reference and inspiration.This paper is divided into seven parts, the first part is the introduction, mainly introduces the research question, significance, ideas and methods.The second part is to introduce the basic concepts contents,characteristics and goals of college students’innovation and entrepreneurship education.The third part is the literature review, introduces the foreign education of College Students’innovation and entrepreneurship development and research status quo,aim to navigate and guide the implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in china.The fourth part comprehensively describes Status quo of domestic’ college students innovation and entrepreneurship education and points out the problems. The fifth part discusses the macro strategies of China’ college students innovation and entrepreneurship education.The sixth part propose ideas to build a suitable microscopic education system for China’ college students innovation and entrepreneurship education at the present stage.The last part is the conclusion.
