As the era of Internet coming, the way of communication among human beings has gradually transformed from the simple person-to-person to person-Internet-person, which is a new but widespread way of communication. Nowadays, our school and departments have achieved a lot in social practice, meanwhile we also hope that we can get a platform provided college students with a chance to show their achievements and share their precious experience with others as well. Also, this platform can give us the chance to listen to other’s suggestions, by doing this can we help others and also make ourselves much better. Obviously, it has a great significance to build up a communication platform based on new technology, such as Internet, it will facilitates the communication about social practice between students and encourage students devote themselves to social practice.This research consists of the design, development and application of the network, with a lot of previous work including literary review, questionnaires, surveys and inte rviews. This paper sets off designing the network on the basis of results from some q uestionnaires, including the layout, Demo design and database construction. Then. to make sure the network will work well, the writer designs assessment system, which h elp the users assess the network objectively and put forward feedback to help perfect t he network. This study uses the literature study, research, qualitative research, investigation and observation study method, reproduction of the social practice of network platform from design to development to improve the whole process, to provide the experience and reference for the development of norms of college students social practice activity.
