| The thought of biological subject is the results of nature’slaw of various life activities that reflected in people’s mindafter thinking activities and produce results. It is theinherent nature of the biological subject and it is theessential difference between biology and other subjects. Itplays an important role in the biological subject research, theteaching of biology, biology learning and the practice inpeople’s lives.According to the composition of biological subjects, the bodyof this paper can be divided into two parts, and they are thethoughts reflected by life essence and the thoughts reflectedby biological research. Then, with the Marxist philosophy asthe main line, this paper is studied from the two partsrespectively. The thoughts reflected by life essence can bedivided into five parts, such as the materiality of life, theopposite and uniform of life, the life mutual change of qualityand quantity, the negation of negation in life essence and theexpression of humanistic thought in life essence; The thoughtsreflected by biological research can be divided into two parts,such as the materialist dialectics of biological research, the practice theory and epistemology of biological research.The status and role of each component is different inbiological subject thought. the materiality of life, theopposite and uniform of life, the life mutual change of qualityand quantity, the negation of negation in life essence, thematerialist dialectics of biological research, the practicetheory and epistemology of biological research can be referredto as life philosophy. Humanistic thought is the basis ofbiological subject, and life philosophy is the core ofhumanistic thought.This paper belongs to the category of basic theory research,and the research methods mainly adopt the literature, themethod of Inductive analysis, the method of demonstrationanalysis, the method of judgment reasoning, the method ofcomparative analysis and so on. The paper is based on manyliteratures, such as monographs, journals, reports, networkand other methods. And the author also focuses on the analysisof relevant literature.
