Because of the rapid development of science and technology in the21st century, the educatees who obtain knowledge form school cannot satisfy their own development and meet the needs of society. The famous mathematician Hua Luogeng once said:"In one’s life, he learns knowledge at school, which is short.""Learning is a kind of tireless effort on your own in most of the time, so it can continuously accumulate knowledge of the process." In order to cultivate the talents that suit the development of the new century and to adapt to increasingly fierce international competition, educators of every nation begin to cultivate students’ independent learning, independent thinking and initiative to obtain useful information ability as ultimate goal of education, and put forward the concept of quality-oriented education and lifelong education.Our country is influenced by examination-oriented education since the ancient times, students in the classroom receive education in a passive state. In order to adapt to the development of times, our country has carried out a vigorous foundational course reform in nearly a decade. In the reform, classroom teaching mode of autonomous learning has become a hot problem in the national education reform. Autonomous learning refers to educatees who have clear learning goals and are consciously able to determine their learning objectives, choose their learning content, adjust self-regulation learning processand independently evaluate and rethink profoundly the learning outcome. In the "Basic Education Course Reform Outline (try out)", requirements are raised on the course goal, teaching process and teaching evaluation on the students’autonomous learning.In recent years, education experts and psychologists of every nation including teachers are all in the careful study of autonomous learning in order to get a better method and teaching strategy to promote the students’autonomous learning. Yet this teaching method and strategy are not practical enough. Especially the teaching practice and research in high school biology class are less than other subjects. In recent year, our school carries out autonomous classroom teaching practice by small class. Based on these years teaching practice, so in the paper we have found more effective teaching strategy and method on the autonomous class teaching mode in the application practice of high school biology class, such as guidance learning, role play etc. and analyze the well-designed typical learning-plan in order to promote the improvement of classroom teaching of autonomous learning.
