With the development of multimedia technology, It has a very deep effect on modernteaching. One of the focus of modern educational technology research is how toscientifically, legitimately, effectively use multimedia technology in teaching in orderto optimize the learning effect.Three-dimensional geometry teaching is an importantpart of the teaching of solid geometry, it demands to train the students ability ofdrawing, spatial imagination and the understanding of gragh. Multimedia technologyassisted three-dimensional geometry teaching play an important role in training thestudents’ ability of space imagination, abstract thinking and understanding ability ofgraph. Multimedia technology assisted teaching has maintained its strong vitality andpermeability, it also attracts the attention of education. For the three-dimensionalgeometry teaching, multimedia technology has incomparable function, especially tothe show of complex graphics, the rotation of three views and the separation andcombination of the space combination, the rational use of multimedia technology canachieve good teaching effect. Although there are many advantages in multimediatechnology assisted three-dimensional geometry teaching, but in the actual teachingthe good effect is not obvious. why these problems occur, how to use multimediatechnology assisted teaching in order to achieve good teaching effect, with thesequestions the author study as follows:First, the three-dimensional geometry teaching content, the characteristics ofmultimedia technology is researched; secondly, through the investigation on theteaching teachers and students, the author know about the current situation and theproblems, on this basis,the author interview the teachers to find the causes of theproblem to three-dimensional geometry teaching, on the basis of the analysis of theinterviews of teachers the reason of multimedia technology assisted three-dimensionalgeometry teaching problems; Then, combining the course content and teaching targetof three-dimensional geometric teaching, the author give the basic demands andmeans,. including:1.Appropriateness of useing multimedia technology。2.Thecomprehensiveness in multimedia technology assisted teaching;3.The rationality of the volume of the courses. In addition, the specific means relates to the use of specificmethods to teaching strategies and methods of position of the three view structure,spatial geometric space geometry stereo geometry of parts of the body and the visualmap and spatial geometry of the volume and surface area and space of the part ofthe.he basic requirements and methods developed according to the reality of teachingare some examples of multimedia technology assisted three-dimensional geometryteaching courseware, courseware and some typical applications are described.Based on the theory above, the author conducted a experiment in the high schoolaffiliated to Shandong Normal University by teaching the space of the problem--vertical part. In the experiment, the experimental class adopted the improved teachingmethods whereas the matched class still taught by multimedia technology in thetraditional way. By analysis and comparison of graph-making ability, test scores,learning attitude and ability to understand the graph of the students. We can draw aconclusion that our improved teaching method can express teaching objects better.
