| Currently, Some scholarshave been studyingpsychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior as variablesin their articles, on which basis, the authorattemptedto research further to the relationship between the two dimensions(psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior). Besides, job involvement had been added as a mediating variableto study the impact of psychological capital on organizational citizenship behavior. The subject investigated in this article was campus ambassador who played an important role incampus activities or campus recruitment as a bridge between enterprises and colleges. In this study, questionnaire investigation, correlation analysis and some other methods were used to study the impact of psychological capital on organizational citizenship behavior.Meanwhile,the intermediary rolejob involvement plays wasanalyzed, too.In this study,the authorput forwardthe research content and hypothesis on the basis of drawing on previous research in some respects.For example, the questionnaires quoted could be believed to be scientific because of good reliability and validity.The data was extracted from181campus ambassadors from better student nationalities such as Beijing, Shanxi, Hubei, Jiangsu, Northeast and so on,who had differential education levels, school types and age grades. Using Related data analysis software, the authordraws conclusions as following:(1) With different demography variables, college campus ambassadors’perception of psychological capital, organizational citizenship behaviors and job involvement perceptionshows significant difference. (2)The psychological capital of campus ambassadors consists of four dimensions:self-efficacy, self-confidence, hope and optimism, which are significantly related toorganizational citizenship behavior. However, not every dimension of psychological capital has significant relationship to every dimension of organizational citizenship behavior, and they are different with each other. Among them hope has the most significant relationship.(3)Job involvement plays an intermediary role between psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior. |
