On the one hand, the philosophy of education "Aesthetic as the core" of music standardizes discipline clearly the issue that basic positioning of curriculum includes the function, property, objective and method of music discipline of primary and secondary schools, on the other hand, it points the direction to the reform of music teaching in primary and secondary schools. The purpose of music teaching is to train the students the ability of aesthetic by the way of a series of teaching activities and to cultivate the students’emotion of aesthetic. The basic idea of music course " Aesthetic as the core " that come from the new curriculum standard is different from the traditional didactic, in contrast, it choose new education model and use new teaching methods. The aesthetic education of music is to make students devoting themselves to the classroom. Music aesthetic education is to make students a unique educational environment down devote all our energies to the classroom teaching to make it close to the music of the soul to the maximum extent, the perception of music.Music is through the emotional catharsis to show its expressive art, which also in the process of music teaching requires teachers to fully express their emotions, to move people to a sense of educating people, teaching and learning interaction together with students to explore musical beauty. Teachers to accumulate through daily music culture, maximize their own artistic appeal, the creation of a good atmosphere of the art of teaching, as much as possible to stimulate and motivate students to actively take the initiative, enthusiasm to participate in the musical aesthetic practice activities to let the music practice of the aesthetic experience of music and the arts."The aesthetic core" concept of music education as a mainstream, popular music culture that can help us better knowledge, to stimulate students’interest in learning music.
