The continuous development of society and progress, it makes our Chinese teacherprofessional growth in the thought more open, the thought is open, then their continuedpursuit of innovation, and promote teaching personality consciousness, their professionalgrowth or even a specific period of characteristics. In this among them produced a largenumber of advanced good Chinese teacher, such as YuYi teachers, Qian MengLong teachers,Wei shusheng teachers and some more young good super language teacher team, likeDouGuiMei teachers, HanJun teachers, ChengGongBing teacher, etc. They broke the originallanguage teaching mode, thinking and the frame, changed the original language teaching idea, but with a new thinking and consciousness to continuously develop language teaching reformand innovation, from a new perspective to understand and find the true meaning of Chineseteaching, so as to make them in the way of professional development formed a lot of valuableexperience for our Chinese teacher’s professional development to provide effective resources.Therefore, through the study, the author thinks that, it is very necessary to reform andopening-up, will appear in the Chinese education many masters in different time period for thefoundation, it is divided into different period, and the teacher career in the professionaldevelopment as a research object, by reading about all kinds of teacher professional developmentcontent, thus more system to their professional growth characteristics of carding and induction,in learning and study of these different times Chinese teacher’s professional developmentexperience, to summarize, harvest, so as to find a suitable for their professional growth method,to promote our Chinese teacher’s professional development.
