Honesty and trust are the traditional virtues in China. It plays an important rolebetween human beings by regulating and promoting. Under the conditions of marketeconomy, honesty has become the basic standards an enterprise should comply with.Honesty and trustworthiness is conducive for an enterprise to promote market transactionsin smooth passing and receiving product information, improving economic efficiency etc.so as to promote the development of socialist market economy.However, at present, China’s market economic system is not so perfect. Widespreading of bad behavior is definitely a serious threat to the establishment of theeconomic marketing regulations; meanwhile those firms are making themselves sufferfrom it. This article on the EF "fraud" issue is based on the business ethics analysis throughdigging the cause and giving personal reflection on building honest training marketing andsharing suggestions.Specifically, this paper is divided into four chapters:1stchapter is accounted for in the background, this article to research the issues raised,also elaborated on the implications of this research, describes the research methods andresearch content, and so on.2ndchapter, the honest marketing theory was elaborated and explained in detail. Thebasis for this is the latter part of the article and discussion.3rdchapter introduces the basic situation of this company and the English trainingmarket in china then set out the ethical issues EF are currently facing with its causationanalysis.4thchapter is the core of this article. Application referred to the previous theory ofhonest marketing, combined with the real situation in EF Training Group, give a deepanalysis on its cause, then tackle the problem and solution.Above all, this article is starting from marketing angle, utilizing theory to guide actionby describing the current integrity missing phenomenon existing in EF training group,analyzing causes, considering English training industry features and combining integritymarketing concept into enterprise specific actions.This article is written with a hope to carry out a marketing integrity to continueimproving integrity level for business sustainable development.
