Basketball physical fitness is a complete implementation of specific action, physical ability,training tactics or the game is reflected in the following aspects: the full development of thephysical quality, ensure the organism to adapt to the needs of large load training and competition,is conducive to understanding the complex, advanced technology and tactics, injury prevention,prolong sports life.The purpose of this study is to through the physical fitness test scores youngbasketball players in Beijing Shougang, discover some rules and problems, providing theoreticalsupport for further improvement and enhancement of young basketball players in BeijingShougang scientific training level, material etc..On the basis of division2012edition " youth basketball training program " on the growthprocess of adolescent basketball players, team Beijing Shougang team three is in full development(13-14years old) and focus on improving (15-16years old) stage. The age for the developmentof endurance, speed, general strength, specific strength.Beijing Shougang team three in the method of training activity for part of the staticstretching and elastic training method of combining, each training time is15-18minutes; strengthtraining with weight-bearing strength training method of resistance exercise and overcome theirown weight and comprehensive quality; speed of the moving target training, selective trainingmethod, ran before the wind, downhill running method and means the speed of training; enduranceby outdoor cross-country race in the form of training, the training time for half an hour every day;sensitive quality using the agility ladder and rope skipping training methods and means, everyweek of training five times, each time2-4different forms of training.After a training, Beijing Shougang men’s three team speed performance is improvedsignificantly,5.8*6shuttle run results by0.58seconds,3\/4acceleration run by0.18seconds; theendurance class15*13shuttle run results will increase by a large margin, increased by3.05seconds; standing long jump jumped0.11meters; push-ups scores increased6; duplex skippingascension12. Beijing Shougang women’s three team5.8*6shuttle run results by0.21seconds,3\/4acceleration run by0.19seconds; the endurance class15*13shuttle run results will increaseby a large margin, increased by2.48seconds; standing long jump jumped0.07meters; push-upsscores increased3; duplex skipping ascension7. According to " training program " teenagers totest score, men and women’s team score by a certain margin improvement, illustrate the trainingmethods and means of Beijing Shougang Basketball team three teams with reasonable, trainingeffect.
