Optimization Of Jinzhou New Area Population And Family Flanning Management

Population is a big problem which directly related to China’s economic and social development. Dalian is a frontier city. population structure of Jinzhou is complex, the number of urban and rural population, the floating population, as a new urban development strategy of Dalian north city, the process of urbanization, and the District of Jinzhou, the population and family planning management also has these problems, which directly affects the construction of the region’s economic and social development and the well-off society.This paper analyzes the population and family planning work in Jinzhou New District, explores the problems in the work, and in view of how to improve the population and family planning work.suggestions is given. This will provide a reference for our region to formulate population strategy. To provide some reference for the government’s public management decision.This paper analyzes the innovation and deficiency in research methods of study abroad.Research idea based on the present situation and the achievement of in-depth analysis of Jinzhou New District Population and family planning managemen.we find out some problems. Population safety is ignored. Short of family planning funds. Public participation is low.the degree of marketization is not enough, information management network is not perfect.And there are other proplems.Through the study of some population management experience at China and abroad. We found some ways to solve the problems at Jinzhou. For example,make sure that the fund for family planning management is enough.Constract a population security system, foster autonomous organizations of the masses, the introduction of market management mechanism, building and perfecting the laws and regulations, reform of the household registration system and other methods to optimize our population and family planning management.
