| Reading is an important way that humans gain knowledge and understand the world. The mathematics textbook version B has established reading and appreciation column, aimed at arousing students ’ interest in learning mathematics, promoting self-taught students to read, helping students to think for themselves, constructing their own knowledge and proactive learning, thus training students ’ability to learn.On the basis of analysis on the present situation of mathematics readingteaching and the value of mathematics reading, this article investigatesteaching literature to studies on reading materials, first through the knowledgeof reading and appreciation, and then the research of the teaching of readingand appreciation, and analyses the necessity of setting up "reading andappreciation" of high school mathematics curriculum from the angle of bothteachers and students in high school.Secondly, on the basis of the above theory, according to the writer’s ownwork practice on mathematics education, the writer sorts out the contents of"reading and appreciation" of the mathematics textbook version B, and showsthe irreplaceable role in the process of teaching of reading and appreciation inthe form of teaching cases and on the implementation of the contents ofteaching. Thirdly, it brings together and sorts out teaching strategies of the "readingand appreciation" through reflection on the teaching effect, and has madespecific recommendations on column settings and teachers ’ teaching readingand appreciation.therefore, this can promote proper handling of the contentsof "Reading and appreciation" and can let reading materials really play itsfollowing functions: enhancing students ’ interest in learning mathematics,broadening students ’ horizons, inspiring students to love science and toinnovate, cultivating their good personalities and qualities.Finally, it makes several suggestions on the column set of the content of thereading and appreciation in textbooks. |
