| Cooperative learning is a creative and effective theory at present, which is widely usedby many countries in the world. Because it improves the social and psychological atmospherein the classroom, improves the academic performance of students in large area, and promotesstudents to form a good quality of non-cognitive and the effectiveness is also significant inother aspects, it is known as" the most important and successful teaching reform in recent tenyears". As early as in2001,“the decision of the State Council on the reform and developmentof basic education "made it clear that:" We should encourage cooperative learning, promoteinteraction between students and common development, and promote teaching and learningbenefits teachers as well as students."National medium and long-term educational reform anddevelopment plan (2010-2020)" also pointed out:"high school education is the key period forthe formation, independent personality development of students: is of special significance tothe improvement of the quality of the people and the cultivation of innovative talentsâ€,“Weshould focus on autonomous learning, self-reliance and the ability to adapt to society."The author believes that cooperative learning as an important way to learn and the groupcooperative pedagogy as an important teaching methods will bring new opportunities for highschool physics classroom which is full of the vitality of the teachers and students.Group cooperative teaching method is based on the democracy between teachers andstudents. It makes the group as the basic organization form, takes the group evaluation as thereward basis, and focuses on multilateral interaction in order to promote the development ofstudents’ sense of cooperation and cooperation skills, form the positive emotional experience,and improve the cognitive level. It is not only the curriculum reform of new teaching concept,new way of students’ autonomous learning, a new teaching behavior but also theimplementation of the new curriculum. But in actual teaching, some teachers misunderstandthe meaning of cooperative teaching. They focus on the active classroom but neglect practice,and focus only on the form of cooperation, but lack effectiveness of lively scene, so that theymake the group cooperative teaching into the erroneous zone.In the present paper, some insights are given into the development of students’cooperation skills, effectiveness of group cooperative teaching, class teaching procedures,construction of teaching modules, teaching strategies, teaching designs and so on. The present paper is composed of five parts. In the first part, research background, the present situation,research purposes, significance and methods are introduced. In the second part, theoreticalfoundations are introduced concerning group cooperative learning. In the third part, students’learning situation and the present situation of cooperative teaching are analyzed. The fourthpart centers around the experiment design, including countermeasures research, constructionof teaching procedures, application of teaching strategies, development of teaching modulesand teaching design. In the final part, performance evaluation and analysis as well as researchprospect are made.Research results show that effective use of group cooperative teaching helps to stimulatestudents’ interest in physics and encourage their learning initiatives and activeness, whichcontributes to win-win effects of cooperation, improvement of both teaching and learning andtherefore improve the efficiency of physics teaching. |
