The globalization of the world economy makes English as an internationallanguage become more and more important. English learners grow day by day,and have attained the trend of younger age. The child who is3or4years oldhas already owned English learning conditions both from psychological andcognitive. Therefore, many kindergartens also launched English education for3or4years old children in Nanchang City, and made great progress under theguidance of relevant theory. However, many kindergartens still can not realizethe importance of environment to English study. So paying attention to3or4years old children English education environment has great significance to thedevelopment of children English education in Nanchang City.This paper mainly uses the methods of observation, questionnaire andinterview to survey24different types of kindergartens in Nanchang City. Fulltext is divided into three parts:The first part is Introduction. Including subject reason, research synthesis,research objective, research significance, research method, research processand so on.The second part is Investigation and Analysis of3or4Years Old ChildrenEnglish Education Environment. Specific investigations are from threeaspects: physical environment, language environment, psychologicalenvironment. Among them, physical environment is including public activityarea, class English learning environment, teaching aid application status.Language environment is including teacher quality, teaching situation, dailyactivities, family-kindergarten cooperation. Psychological environment isincluding the interaction between teachers and children. According to theinvestigation, I’ve found there are several shortcomings about3or4years oldchildren English education environment in kindergarten of Nanchang. At thesame time, this paper has made some affirmatives to the achievements ofEnglish education in kindergartens of Nanchang.The third part is Some Factors Which Influence English Education Environment’s creation. Mainly from four aspects: policy support and capitalinvestment from education department; the consciousness of the kindergartenleaders; the professional ability of the teachers; the demands of parents.The last part is Countermeasures and Suggestions to3or4Years OldChildren English Education Environment in Kindergarten of Nanchang. Theeducation department should give policy support and capital investment; thekindergarten leader should establish correct guiding idea; teachers shouldconscientiously strengthen professional ability; to integrate social resourceslike the children’s family in the construction of English educationenvironment.
