Teaching activity is the basic routine of realizing education program. So, the validity of education has become an education research in the field of a new hotspot. There are many factors that influence the teaching effect, one of them is the teaching behavior of teachers. It is very important and recessive. The logic reasoning can lead us to the conclusion that teaching behavior is controlled by the teachers’ decisions, and the teachers’ decisions can be influenced by the self-recognition of teachers. Consequently, we can better the present poor situation that our teaching effect is less-than-ideal from the perspective of self-recognition of teachers.Recongnition is one area of the mental process, and A reflection of the human brain to the properties and laws of objective things. The method of experimental introspection can research the thinking process of teachers effectively. It can find that self-recognition will greatly effect on the teaching decision in the stage of pre-teaching, teaching and after-teaching through recording and analysis the teachers’thingking process. But in reality, the bounded rationality of teachers must cause the large self-perception deviation. This problem can cause the mistakes of teaching decisions.The series of mistakes will have knock-on effects. It can negatively influence the teaching effect, teaching benefit and teaching efficiency. As a result, the teaching activity can not get the ideal goal. By the educational narrative research, the researcher can make up a story about Y teacher’teaching career from what she say and her part of diary. The conclusion of the research help us to find a tough and inevitable problem. It is that tell us that self-perception deviation can exercise a great negatively influence on the effective teaching.So, we can solve this problem from the perspective of correcting the self-perception deviation of teachers. It is necessary that teachers and society must focus on the problem. On one hand, teachers should often reflect on themselves and rectify deviations. On the other hand, the governments and schools must provide good conditions to help the teachers.
