The study of higher vocational education curriculum development is mainly based on the following considerations:First, this is due to the drawbacks of theory to practice traditional curriculum framework which mean much attention has been paid to the role of theory. Second, the application of knowledge in specific work situations is ignored in that the traditional concept of contempt practice. Third, the curriculum order is not reasonable which is not conducive to stimulate students’ enthusiasm for learning.However, in the new modern society, how to adapt to the knowledge economy and learning society, how to make students’ potential to be fully developed, and form a good overall quality is a urgent need for in-depth study which is also a practical issue to be solved. This study has conducted in-depth exploration under the title of quality-oriented vocational courses. First of all, combing the typical curriculum model, both learning society and the knowledge economy requires professional courses from both subjective and objective, and resulting to build a quality model of vocational courses and build system. Then, this study focuses on the construction of quality-oriented curriculum model which are the concept for the pilot that the all-round development of the individual, to the sustainable development of the career, through the concept of lifelong learning, last but not least in purpose of creation quality as the ultimate goal. On this basis, the paper constructs a three-dimensional quality of course modules, including a common base module, directional streaming module and expand the quality of the module. Finally, the study explored the quality of vocational courses mode support conditions, which including the implementation of a wide range of body, highly qualified faculty and diversified evaluation system.
