As a populons developing country in the world, running a Government unable to meet the needs of social development in our country, our non-governmental vocational education in case of shortage of education resources cannot meet the educational needs of the community, driven by demand and market-oriented reforms in education, through the realization of educational industrialization to increase supply theory developed with the support of education.Development of Non-governmental vocational education broke the pattern of public education rule since non-governmental vocational education in training personnel in a single Government, opening up a path to a new talent through social education, corporate sponsors, individual operating channels for various ways of expanding the supply of education, to diversify education. At the same time introducing competition mechanism within the education system, strong and contributed to the development of vocational education in China. After30years of non-governmental vocational education has become an important part of the education system cannot be ignored, more vocational training is an important part is also the catalyst for promoting China’s education reform, play an important role in education reform in our country, for the development of vocational education in China is playing an increasingly important role..As the industrialization development of non-governmental vocational education, whether its supply and demand coordination becomes critical, so supply and demand coordination of non-governmental vocational education development research, currently has important practical significance. This paper conducted a questionnaire survey to the Tri-County of Hefei city, complemented by secondary information in non-governmental vocational education on the basis of the number and structure of supply and demand, through the comparative method of analysis-oriented non-governmental vocational education causes of dislocation of supply-and-demand terms, and drawing on the experience of non-governmental vocational education in foreign countries, for our non-governmental vocational education development made a number of policy recommendations for the coordination of supply and demand. |
