The Researach On Social Adaptive Capacity Construction Of Migrant Worker—taking Region Zhengzhou For An Example

Zhengzhou as ZhongYuanOu’s largest metro areas and rural migrant workers is most concentrated areas, rural migrant workers in cities is representative to adapt to the problem, therefore, the author choose zhengzhou as a representative, through the investigation and analysis, insight into the current rural migrant workers in cities to adapt to the existing problems and its reasons, trying to from the Angle of sociology, using the theory of sociology, adaptability of rural migrant workers city in-depth analysis, the author through the study of urban migrant workers adapt to the existing problems, to master the current situation of urban migrant workers adapt to the study, from the perspective of sociology, with zhengzhou city as the typical example, in the big background of ZhongYuanOu, we put forward to three aspects of the rural migrant workers in cities, namely economic resilience, social adaptation ability, psychological and cultural adaptability, this paper from three aspects, to explore the migrant workers in the three existing problems and the reasons, according to the theory of social capital, weak relationship theory, social role theory as the foundation, put forward reference for construction of rural migrant workers in urban social adaptation ability of efficient, operable Suggestions and countermeasures. With migrant workers into the city more and more long, the problem of migrant workers more and more get the attention of governments and experts and scholars, migrant wages, rural migrant workers employment problem, the housing problems of migrant workers, migrant workers, the household registration, migrant children education problem is the solution of the corresponding, the citizenization of migrant workers issues are on the agenda, and the associated urban migrant workers into the city, to adapt to the problems become the focus of attention, is becoming more and more easing in policy, more and more harmonious social environment situation, migrant workers how to consciously improve their own ability is more important., therefore, the author believes that in the process of migrant workers to adapt to city life, rural migrant workers as the main body, to adapt to ought to play a crucial role, to play such a role, requires that migrant workers play to their initiative, enthusiasm, creativity, and continuously improve their comprehensive quality, improve their ability to adapt, and ultimately the real adapting to city life, integrate into city life, become a real urban citizens.the first part is the introduction part, mainly introduced the research questions of the research background, research significance, combing the relevant research literature at home and abroad and the research present situation, introduced the article, the research ideas and research in the related research method into use, relevant concepts are also included in this definition, concept, operation, the article studies the theoretical basis of the content.in the second part mainly is the empirical research on the adaptability of the peasant workers’city, this part was in zhengzhou city, for typical example, the authors collected through the questionnaire survey, field interviews and other methods of related information, and through statistical analysis of the data, find out the urban adaptability problems of migrant workers and the reasons, including economic adaptability, social adaptation ability, psychological and cultural adaptation ability three aspects of the existing problems and reasons.The last part of the article is part some countermeasures.
