Information educationteaching has become the reformation and development of the roads, so developing teachers’information that the design of teaching ability has become an inevitable trend, the new age ofteachers is no longer simply knowledge of transmission, to design the teaching information is theteachers’ professional ability of the core part of the requirements, the in-depth study of theteacher instructional design ability training to promote the education reform, promote theteaching information, and realize the teacher’s own development is of great significance. Primaryschool education in the whole education building the foundation of the economy, as the mainforce of primary school teachers education shoulder the responsibility of education studentsbasic stage, the ascent of the primary school teachers of instructional design ability to enhanceour country’s education quality to have a very important role.This study through the literature investigation, the principle of instructional design has agrasp of the whole, made clear the instructional design the research situation, the designprinciple and content, etc.; Through experimental primary school teachers of liaochengquestionnaire and on-the-spot interview, on the teacher’s instructional design ability and thetraining mode status have a clear understanding; In the related theory based on the basis of theiractual conditions and teachers teaching work demand, with China’s education developmentsituation of teachers instructional design ability training model of the system, the scheme of deepresearch, develop have specific aim, can effectively train teachers teaching information designability mode, the training mode of construction of objectives, principles, contents and thestrategy in detail, to teacher instructional design ability training activities play a guiding roletheory; Training activities include unified collective training and support teachers teachingpractice of subsequent long-term training two process and to the two processes, thecorresponding evaluation and follow-up evaluation, through the training practice, sendingteachers more thorough understanding of the instructional design theory system and implementmethods, how to teach the ability to carry out teaching practice.This study feature reflect in constructing the training mode of short-term strengthen the unity of the sex to training combined with subsequent support teaching practice of long-termtraining, through this way to improve teacher’s instructional design ability; Design trainingmodel of the evaluation link, no longer limited to only for the training evaluation, after thetraining teachers in actual teaching behavior change of into the evaluation of teachers fromlong-term development of the dimensions of the follow-up evaluation to promote teachers inteaching practice in the process of actively instructional design for positive explore; Theindividual differences of teachers according to complementary group, make its complement eachother.This paper first chapter of the research background, the research significance, the researchmethods, this paper discusses situation at home and abroad.
