Paralympic Chinese table tennis team28athletes (including two wild card) on theLondon2012Paralympic games fought tenaciously, finally a career-best, winning14of gold,five silver and2bronze of proud achievement, record achieved in addition to "national sport"cultural circumstances of the obvious advantages and disabled athlete’s own efforts, morebenefit from the Chinese table tennis team of scientific training for the disabled, especially thephysical training. Disabled athletes in physical training and improve the athlete’s physicalstamina training with ground while putting aside differences, which is the unity ofuniversality and individuality. For the physical training method and characteristics of theresearch for the disabled athletes at all levels of physical training in the future to providetheoretical basis and reference. In this paper, using the literature material method, interviewmethod, questionnaire survey, field observation method, mathematical statistics researchmethods, through to prepare for the2012London Paralympics men TT6-TT8level athletes,coaches, as well as related personnel investigation and study, the following conclusions:1. The Chinese Paralympic men table tennis team TT6-level TT8physical training onthe weekly training frequency, power quality (including power, special power, maximumpower) and the sensitive quality training, most times training3times a week, and in all25individuals can training content, has15strength quality training, account for60%of the totaltraining content, so for a high level of disabled table tennis players in the power requirementsare relatively high, followed by the speed quality (fast moving, quick reaction, quick finishaction), in a week’s training arrangement of the five training content, account for20%of thetotal training content, agility, endurance quality, more sensitive to the arrangement of thequality, is decided by the disabled athletes body characteristics, for flexible quality schedule atleast, is different from the wheelchair athletes, in general is given priority to with ball games,only one a week.2. The Chinese Paralympic men table tennis team TT6-level TT8five kinds of bodyquality training in the importance of physical training from high to low in turn for powerquality, sensitive quality, speed, endurance, flexibility quality. 3. Through the research on the team of26athletes learn in preparation for the London2012Paralympic games in physical training sensitivity training with special techniquecombined with the best quality, sensitivity training effect is the best, endurance training andspecial technical basic union, endurance training effect is relatively poor, five kinds of bodyquality training effect from agility, strength, flexibility, speed, stamina, reduced. Flexiblequality good training effect may be associated with the higher requirement of wheelchairathletes to flexible quality. Man TT6-level TT8speed diathesis training combined withspecial and average training effects were1.25and1.28below26athletes average of1.46and1.33, which indicates that the speed quality training man TT6TT8level and specialcombining with better, better, this may be related to the level of disability types (more forupper limb deformity, lower limbs and improve). Man TT6on flexible training-level TT8special combination and training effect mean26athletes were1.67and1.74are significantlyhigher than average of1.32and1.28, this fully illustrate the importance of flexible quality forwheelchair athletes. Strength and endurance training on the level and other levels did notdiffer significantly, as a whole, the effect of endurance training, combined with special is bad,the effect not beautiful, the endurance training of the choice of method should be pay moreattention to interest, enhance the enthusiasm of athletes endurance training, this is we shouldpay important attention to physical training and the need to improve in the future.4. Without considering the technology and tactics, and psychological factors, the levelTT6Chen more points in the game due to leg movement speed slow is the cause of the largeAngle of ball points and due to the instability caused by the big point of the ball afterreduction is slow (center of gravity be unsteady, after the big point of the ball and the racketup), so the physical training of the key is to increase the flexibility of the lower limbs stability,mobile and upper and lower limb exercise of power, lower limb strength exercises followChen "leg development advantage, disability leg" principle.5. The paired T test was adopted to man-the Liao Keli TT8athletes, leaf supergroup,Zhao Shuai sun hutch, four body can training before and after the test index of comparativeanalysis, sensitive in reflecting the quality and speed quality of cross jump (P=0.006) andeight spots (P=0.042) had significant difference before and after the training, including cross jump (P=0.006<0.01) has a very significant increase, reflecting the specific power offorehand button distance have obvious difference before and after the training,30meters hadno obvious difference before and after training.6. The Chinese Paralympic men table tennis team TT6-level TT8disabled table tennisathlete strength training follow three principles: the principle of generality and particularity,the principle of combining the general training and specific training and distinction betweenthe principle.
