Teacher training is to promote quality education in China, and the smooth implementationof the new high school curriculum reform is an urgent requirement and key factor. Therefore,the new high school curriculum teacher training is necessary.With the continuous progress of the new high school curriculum, the contradictionbetween the huge demand for training and limited training resources interests is outstanding,and with the heavy tasks, the high school teachers do not have time to go out for training.Many schools try to resolve the contradictions of teaching and learning, through school-basedtraining. This study uses a case study (Case Study) Qingdao No.A Middle School, forexample, described the evolution of A school-based training to carry out analysis of thecurrent situation, identify problems, and reveal the reasons, the proposed solutions to thisproblem, Qingdao No.A Middle School to help solve their own the problem, and to enhancethe quality and effectiveness of school-based training.This thesis is divided into four parts.Part â…  introduces the research background, the present situation of the research, the aimand meaning as well as the outline and research method.Part â…¡ discusses the core conception of the research in this thesis and makes anintroduction about the meaning of school-based training. School-based training for teacherscan do great good to the development of teachers under the background of new curriculum. Itcan help the school to solve some practical problems and is helpful in the formation of astudy-based organization.Part â…¢ gives a brief introduction about Qingdao No.A Middle School, its trainingmechanism, training pattern and the curriculum. Through questionnaire and interview, thethesis aims to find out the existing problem in training teachers: the first one is themisunderstanding of school-based training by the teachers; the second problem is that schoolsdo not pay enough attention to the training; the third one is that the content of training is notnew and the form is dull; question four is the assessment system is not efficient and questionfive is there is no expert taking a leading role in the process of training.Part â…£, in terms of the problems existing in the school-based training in Qingdao No.A Middle School, the thesis provides five possible solutions which might improve the trainingfor high school teachers.1. Create a positive and active atmosphere.2. Improve theadministration and organization of school-based training.3. Initiate new curriculum structurein the training.4. Improve the assessment system in the training.5. Found a system to ensurethe smoothness of school-based training.
