In the era of high-speed development of knowledge economy, the national comprehensivestrength is largely about the talent and technology contest. Education is the foundation of humanresources, science and technology strength. High quality education depends on high qualityteachers, which depends on the education of teachers. However, under the condition of marketeconomy, people’s moral values and psychological state have been changed. Some immoralthoughts impact people’s inner world. In the market economy which under the condition ofpursuing maximum benefits, money worship, hedonism and individualism style grow crazy,which brings negative influence to the teacher occupation. Among primary school teachers,young teachers are the main force of the group. They conduct students’ ideological educationwork, have a guiding effect on the students’ Ideological and moral level and directly affect theeffect of moral education. Therefore, our primary school teachers’ occupation moral constructionresearch has practical significance.Our primary school teachers are most personally motivated and concern and support theparty’s education policy. We have higher level of educational background and better technicalability. But the young teachers in primary school have no firm ideals and beliefs. They lackoccupation pride, strong belief in education, awareness of imparting knowledge and educatingpeople, qualification to be a model for others. All these problems affect the healthydevelopment of basic education.This paper will describe and analyze in detail our primary school teachers’ occupationmoral status and reasons by using ethics and education theory and the viewpoint of Marx theorycombined with practice. By the anomie phenomenon analysis of primary school teachers’occupation moral, the original reason of the following three points are summed up: the system ofeducation, social negative impact of diversification and the teachers themselves lack ofaccomplishment. In terms of these problems, the paper put forward proposals for China’sprimary school teachers occupation moral construction: improve the occupation moralenvironment, guide public opinion to the correct direction, create a good atmosphere of morality,perfect the relevant laws and regulations, play the role of the school management, update theyoung teachers’ moral education, perfect the construction of teacher occupation moral systemand optimize training model of teacher occupation moral. Young teachers should improve theirpersonal quality, strengthen their own moral self-cultivation, improve self-disciplineconsciousness and strengthen moral identification ability. Hope these measures will help ourcountry occupation morality construction of young teachers in primary school.
