Education informationization, modernization has become the inevitable trendof education development in the world today. Modern educational technology isone of the necessary conditions to reach education informationization andmodernization.To improve teachers’ educational technology application ability isthe key to make sure educational technology become wide and reasonablyapplication. As a developing country with a large population, especially in ruralareas of China’s education informationization, modernization of implementation.According to the " teachers’ educational technology ability standard (Trial)",in Siziwangqi of Inner Mongolia grade school teachers’ ability to use moderneducational technology as the research object, through the literature research,questionnaire survey, interview, classroom teaching analysis method is studied.According to the survey data representation and analysis of relevant statisticalresults, and summarizes the factors affecting the application situation ofSiziwangqi primary school teachers of modern educational technology and theapplication of modern educational technology and the existing problems, proposesreasonable suggestions applicable to this place for the flag after the work oftraining in modern educational technology, but also provides a reference for schoolconditions similar to the modern education technology training work area.This paper consists of five parts. The first part is the introduction, mainly onthe research background, purpose and significance of the research are introduced,reviewed teachers of the status quo at home and abroad application of moderneducational technology, and gives the relevant concept definition. The second partdescribes the research method and questionnaire design, and the educationaltechnique ability standard of teachers. The third part of the " educationaltechnology competency standards for teachers (for Trial Implementation)" as thebasis, from five aspects of awareness and attitudes, knowledge and skills, theapplication of innovation, the four dimensions of social responsibility and influence teachers’ educational technology application ability factors to survey andsummarize the contents of the interview, through the five angles of build, teachersof modern educational technology in modern education technology school theory,application skills, its social responsibility, training of teachers of modern educationtechnology application process is proposed and the existing problems. The fourthpart of the analysis is the problems in the application of modern educationtechnology training, collective and individual environment, teachers’ learning andother aspects of the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The fifth partis the end of this paper, summarized the full text, find out the shortcomings in theresearch, put forward the suggestion for the next work.
