Body with education since the form has more than20years, complied withthe trend of the development of competitive sports in the world, hasexperienced all sorts of school-running pattern research, exploration, forthe country’s competitive sports, cultivate a large number of talents ofcompetitive sports. However, with the advent of the era of knowledge economy,the society for sports industry on the culture quality put forward higherrequest, Good culture education not only to enhance the overall quality,promote the sports athletes and its important role. From the perspective offuture development, only have a higher competitive ability, does not have thenecessary cultural knowledge athletes will be faced with a very seriousemployment problem. The object of this study for the competitive sportsschools young students this special group of athletes, aiming at theirtraining plan except for the national team after delivery by personnel outside,most of them will face problems such as education and employment. As a result,the level of literacy class is especially important for competitive sportsstudents.This research mainly adopts the research method mainly is: the literaturematerial law, expert interview method, questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and other research methods, the competitive sportsschools affiliated to the capital sports institute, the student’s academiccondition has carried on the investigation and research, from the perspectiveof the cultivation of the students’ autonomous learning ability, stimulatestudents’ subjective initiative, and cultivate the ability to independentlymanage their learning activities, and students’ innovation spirit andpractice ability, combining with competitive sports schools affiliated to thecapital sports college, students’ academic status questionnaire survey, andhas carried on the preliminary discussion about the problem. To furtherexplore the development ideas and countermeasures of competitive sportsschools students’ cultural education.The results show that:1, the competitive sports schools affiliated tothe capital sports college, students’ cultural foundation is weak, themajority of students enrolled motivation due to the special ability to learnis better than that of academic ability; Lack of interest in academic learningand confidence, to realize the importance of academic is not enough.2, competitive sports schools affiliated to the capital institute ofsports, culture, basic can meet the academic needs of students, curriculum,but of course subject to open type single, literacy class teacher shortage,a part-time lecturer. Lack of moral education and aesthetic education course.3, competitive sports schools affiliated to the capital sports college,students academic way too narrow, giving way to a single class, not fullyembody the sports colleges and universities directly under the resourceadvantage of competitive sports schools. 4, math teaching teachers to the satisfaction degree of the salary is nothigh, due to lack of passion in the process of teaching of literacy classteachers and morale.5, competitive sports schools affiliated to the capital institute ofsports, special coaching culture level is not high, and has negative effecton students’ academic school.
