The Legal Quality Study Of Students In The Since And Engineering Universities

One of the most important content of political civilization is theconstruction of rule of law. The rule of law strategy is our government andour party’s new view in governing the country. Currently, China is goingthrough a special period of economic transition and social transformation.So we need three basic conditions—state and a sound legal system, the highlevel of knowledge of all citizens and civil legal literacy—to build asocialist country under the rule of law. Consequently, the legal quality studyof students in the since and engineering universities imposes tremendoussignificance on the development of modern society. Students in the sinceand engineering universities are a comparatively vital force for the futureconstruction of China, whose legal quality exerts great influence onestablishing the socialist country governed by laws and the socialistharmonious society.With students of HeiLongjiang province in the since and engineeringuniversities as its special subject, the thesis focuses on the study of thecurrent legal quality situation of theirs and probes comprehensively into themain problems and causes with detailed data and solid evidence under theguidance of basic principles of Marxism、 Mao Zedong thought、DengXiaoping theory、 the important thought of Three Represents and thescientific outlook on development. In the meantime, taking account of thecharacteristics of students in the since and engineering universities and thespecialty of the field, this thesis also formulates the effective, targeted andoperable measures to enhance their legal quality and assist them to buildpositive legal emotion. Being compared with some of HeiLongjiangprovince’s liberal arts college students’ research data, I launched an in-depthstudy on the status of the since and engineering college students’ legal literacy. This thesis acquire abundant legal knowledge, as well as strengthentheir legal consciousness and improve the application abilities of laws,which will eventually alter the current situation of their legal quality andboost the construction of harmonious campus.
